Examples of topics/activities: check-ins to see: how everyone’s doing, healthy things you’ve been doing, challenges are you having, etc. Also we’ve done virtual dance parties, dance classes, scavenger hunts, cooking competitions, exercise groups, holiday parties, game night, arts group, independent living chats and more. If you have an idea for a topic or activity, bring it to the group!
